The realtor will find the inspectors to do this handle all of the legal paperwork, so that all you have to do is sit back and watch them work. You can carry own with your life as normal, while your home is being prepared to be listed for sale.

You won’t have to worry about taking photos of your home, placing ads in real estate papers or newspapers, or any of that.
